Frog Pond Productions

Frog Pond Productions incorporated as a PA nonprofit-nonstock on October 1, 1999. On May 15^th, 2000 the IRS determined that Frog Pond Productions is exempt from federal income tax as an organization described in section 501(c)(3).

On December 14, 2004 the IRS determined that Frog Pond Productions remains classified as a public charity and continues to be classified as an organization exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Code.
